Brighton High School Spanish and Life Skills recently students collaborate on a Spanish cooking class. Mrs. Sara Schron-Metz’s Life Skills students learned about foods from different countries, shopped for the ingredients at Wegmans, and organized materials for cooking. Mrs. Laura Hernandez then led her Spanish 4 Honors students through a cooking class. Students followed recipes in Spanish, listened to instructions in Spanish, prepared various authentic Spanish, Argentinian, and Mexican dishes. Spanish students served Mrs. Schron-Metz's students and everyone enjoyed a delicious meal!
