Fundraising request forms should be filled out at least two weeks prior to the fundraising activity. 

​​​​​​​Profit and Loss Statement for all sales. This form is to be completed at the end of every fundraiser and submitted to the Central Treasurer. Please print in portrait mode.

​​​​​​​Admissions reconciliation form to be completed at the end of every ticketed event and submitted to the Central Treasurer upon completion.

​​​​​​​An Acknowledgement Receipt form should be completed when distributing gift cards.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Ledger template for students to track financial transactions for the club account.
