Senior Diploma Name Reminder

Seniors, your name will appear on your diploma as it does in SchoolTool.

SENIOR DATES TO GET ONTO YOUR CALENDARS:

 

  • Senior Ball Mandatory Flex Meeting in BHS GYM – April 29
    • Senior Ball packet with guest forms, dates, code of conduct review, ticket purchase information, and more!
    • Enjoy the night with your guests and friends! Don’t do something stupid that will make you miss senior BASH, decision day, Springfest, and graduation! No possession or use of vape devices, alcohol, or drugs!
  • Voting for Graduation Speakers – May 20

    • Seniors will  be casting votes for students to speak at the Commencement Ceremony for the Class of 2026. You will vote for TWO Class of 2026 speakers. More to come!
  • Senior BASH, Decision Day, Cap-n-Gown distribution – May 21
    • PTSA sponsored BASH – a night of fun, food, karaoke, comedian, magicians, games, and more for our seniors! We end the night with a hypnotist. This will take place from 6 PM to 10:30 PM at BHS.
    • Decision Day – We celebrate where our seniors are going, whether college, work, trades, or gap year! We provide donuts, bagels, and opportunities for group pictures with your friends. All seniors must complete the Senior Exit Survey. The Senior Exit Survey must be completed before you can pick up your cap and gown and so we know where to send your final transcripts. Wear any gear related to your post-secondary choices that day, no matter if you will heading into a job, joining the military, attending college, joining an apprenticeship program or taking a gap year, wear your gear with pride! Grab a treat! Create and hang an “I Decided” poster to proudly share your plans for next year!
    • Cap and Gown distribution – Your graduation cap and gown will be available for pick up!
  • Class of 2026 LAWN SIGNS for SALE and Pickup
    • PTSA will be selling Senior Lawn Signs
    • More to come!
  • Spring Fest & Talent Show (all grades) – May 22
    • Seniors get to sleep in until 11:15 AM. Outside Springfest activities begin at 11:30 AM and our annual faculty and student talent show takes place at 1:30 PM.
  • Senior Ball at the Country Club of Rochester from 8-11 PM – May 30
  • Senior Last Day Count Down – June 16 (last day of classes)
    • Seniors are released early from period 8 to go to the TURF for a final 25-minute countdown with ALL seniors. An ice cream social takes place right after the countdown.
    • Seniors – Don’t be idiots on the last day of school with senior shenanigans. We don’t want disruptions to the last day of school as we have students taking final exams on this day. Students committing acts of vandalism or creating a disruption to the school setting will be disciplined. DO NOT GET YOURSELF REMOVED from our GRADUATION Ceremony due to poor choices and lack of self-control in the last few days of school!

  • Senior Parade – June 18, 12 PM – 2:45 PM (tentative)
    • Seniors report to the BHS Auditorium at Noon. We will give students a name plate for their walking parade at CRPS, FRES, and TCMS. Students will be transported via bus to each school. It is a great day to see your former teachers and have our younger BRUINS cheer you on!
  • Graduation Rehearsal is 10 AM on Tuesday, June 23
    • Seniors come to the BHS Auditorium at 10 AM. We will review what graduation will look like and what we need to do to prepare for graduation. We will also walk outside and practice our procession, walk through the program, and practice for the big night!
  • Graduation Ceremony is at 7 PM on Tuesday, June 23
    • We want students to arrive by 6:15 PM for last minute preparations, pictures with friends, and more.
    • Graduation will start at 7 PM!
  • Graduation Rain Date for Rehearsal and Ceremony will be June 24
    • We will let students and families know by Sunday, June 22 if we are going to use the rain date.

GRADUATION UPDATES!

Senior Parade to CRPS, FRES, and TCMS

  • June 18, 2026, at NOON – Meet in the AUDITORIM!
  • Noon to 3:00 PM

Rehearsal - report to the auditorium

  • June 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM – Student Graduation Rehearsal will start in the AUDITORIM! We will then go to the turf field.
  • 10 AM to Noon!

Graduation

  • Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 7:00 PM. Rain date, if necessary, will be June 24, 2026.
  • Students report by 6:15 PM to the TK9 Wall.
  • The field will be open to attendees starting at 5:00 PM.
  • NO TICKETS are required! There will be plenty of seating for ALL families.

  • Security Entrance #2 North – Central Office/TCMS Parking Lot Gate
  • Security Entrance #3 South – Practice Field Parking Area on Grass

Parking at the Ceremony

Families and Seniors are encouraged to WALK to the BHS Stadium for the graduation ceremony as parking will be limited. Families choosing to watch the ceremony live stream may also drop off attendees at BHS for the ceremony and then go home to view it via live stream.

Families may park in the following areas:

  • BHS parking lot
  • BHS practice fields behind buildings and grounds
  • Winton TCMS parking lot
  • Monroe Avenue TCMS/Central Office parking lot
  • Twelve Corners Presbyterian Church parking lot next to BHS Winton Road
  • Neighborhood side streets to the west of BHS.

Accessible parking spaces are located in the BHS parking lot near door #22 and near the TCMS/Central Office building near door #10.
Drop-off Locations are located near door #22 at BHS and near door #10 at the TCMS/Central Office Bus Loop Area.

Watching the Ceremony at BHS

Families may watch the graduation from the comfort of their air-conditioned home on our District’s link.

NO TICKETS are required.

ALL family members are welcome to attend as there will be plenty of seating on the turf and in the stadium.

Security/Entrance to the BHS Stadium

Entrance to the stadium will begin at 5:00 PM for graduates and their families. We have three main entrances to the graduation area.

 

Expectations at Graduation

Respectful behavior. This is a day of celebration for our entire community. All eyes will be upon you. Graduation is a formal event so we want it to be respectful and dignified. We expect positive and appropriate behavior for this occasion. Your family is proud of you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Restrooms

All restrooms are equipped with accessible sinks, stalls, and amenities. There are two areas with restrooms for attendees, one area is in the Concession Stand area on the south end of the stadium and one area is located to the west of the stadium behind the softball field. Only 2 people at a time may occupy the restrooms.

Emergency Exit Gates

Emergency exit gates are located throughout the Stadium. In case of emergencies, please follow instructions given by the staff over the public address system.

Accessible Seating

There will be accessible and companion seating on the turf field near the stage on the south side of the field near the concession stand and JUMBO TRON screen.

Sign Language Interpreters

Sign language interpreters for guests who are deaf or hard of hearing will be provided. We will have two interpreters there for the event, and they will sign from the stage. The sign language interpreter area will be located on the south end of the field near the concession stand and JUMBO TRON screen.

Smoking/Vaping Policy

As per Monroe County, and New York State Law, smoking, vaping, and use of tobacco products is prohibited anywhere on campus. Violators are subject to possible ejection from school grounds.
